Note of tasting: covered wine, with great intensity colouring, clean and brilliant. Complex of aromas that resemble the Mediterranean, the eucalyptus and menthol. Memories to fruits of the forest (cassis), pine, black olives, cocktail with a light touch of toast of the wood, very greedy, long in mouth and with good relation acidity - alcohol, with very mature and tannins not disagreeable at all, balanced good.
Recommendations: it combines well with the hunting, the cured cheeses and the red meats in sauce.
Temperature of service: to serve between 18ºC – 20ºC
